1. Opinion Outpost I have been signed up with Opinion Outpost for about a month and have already received my first check and cashed it without any problem. After you first sign up you will need to complete all of the personal surveys that way they can match you with surveys. After you complete all of the personal surveys it will take a day or two before you receive your first survey, it did for me at least. I am getting about 1 a day and sometimes 2 ranging from $2-$4 a piece. You also receive two dollars for every person you refer. However you must have at least $5 dollars before you request your first check.
2. SurveySavvy Is also another company that i have used and received payment from without any trouble. However you do not receive and abundant amount of surveys you could still sign up since it's free and bring in that extra little bit of cash.
3. Mturk is a website full of job opportunities for people with all kinds of abilities, most of which are simple point and click tasks. Though you may not make much money from Mturk it could bring in a little extra money and kill some free time. I mean why not find something to do and get payed for it when your bored sitting at home.
4. Getafreelancer is like a database connecting people, one who needs something either data entry, writing and design or even computer programming. Any job that can be done on the Internet will be found here. Once you browse and find a job you will have to sign up for a free account and then you can place a bid on the project and the employer will pick one of the people who bid.
